Hi There Alltoys ,unfortunatly I have only ridden in Waiparous and Mclean creek I was beginning to think I was the only Albertan on this forum although I am new.I have only been quadding for a year ,used to ride a foreman 400 and just got the 03 kvf 650 2 weeks ago what a machine power to spare and i think it needs jetting.How far is it from Calgary to where you are from?It is always nice to ride some where new!

 

Is the top end box coing from freedom cycle also? Or from Dale?

Dale is currently working on a top end module, hopefully it will be ready soon. I also think that Nova stated that freedom will be getting one from Quebec as well. I guess it's a race to see who completes their's first. Welcome to the forum.

I am about 4 hours north just east of Edmonton close to a town called Gibbons where I have a personal welding and machineing business mostly look after the local farmers. The problem with liveing close to a city you have to travel for 80miles to enjoy your ride where as I can go out in the back yard and play for as long as I like. I too am always looking for places to ride this year I intend to go to Edson Alberta and Fruitvale BC to meet some other forum members. Next year I will travel to California for some riding there. I think I would like to travel around to visit more of our members around the country maybe compare rides to see what other people have accomplished. I used to live in Calgary at one time now I choose the north to work and play, I will PM you give you some info maybe we can have a java on of these days have fun will talk to you again.

 

I've read through most of this thread but why is it no one has posted WHERE to get this "acceleration module"!!???

I WANT ONE!? Can someone PM me or post where to get this thing?????

 

Check out Nyrocs site under performance module, he has a few names and place where you can get em from...

How about the programmable unit on page 19 of june's ATV SPORT magazine (item 6) they claim " Up to 10 different power modes via a handle bar switch " price $350, US?

it just says "available for most quads" (MT Racing : (909-353-1253 , vortexcdi.com))

 

I checked out the Vortex web sight. They only have CDI for TRX400, TRX250r, DS650, Raptor, Preditor, Banshee, LTZ400, and KFX400. So I guess we will have to wait for Triangle X 2 G.
