Last spring I bought a prairie 360 on kawasaki's 0 interest 0 payments for six months. At the end of six months I paid off the atv in full. My check was cashed on the 30 of December. On the 15th of February I had not recieved my title in the mail so I called customer service and waited on the phone for a half hour, when i finally got someone with a pulse I was told that they where sorry for any inconvenience and I would recieve the title in 1-2 weeks. As of today I still had not recieved the title so I called customer service again, waited only 20 minutes this time and got a non-english speaking person, again I asked for the title and an explanation for why it was not shipped. Her response was that they couldn't find my VIN number and therefore couldnt' send the title. I had to give her the VIN and am promised 7-10 days I will have the title. I inquired as to why they had not contacted me to let me know the problems and she had no answer. My wifes P650 free financing ends in two months, I wonder how they would like it if I didn't pay and plead stupidity to them that I wasn't sure how to pay, or maybe they won't even notice that I haven't paid if there record systems are that screwed up.

 

Yes thats the way they do it. You have to call and REQUEST the title because they only go trough them every so often. Why they do that is because they have so many titles to deal with. That is what i was told after waiting over a month for mine. After I called them and got everything on track it took close to a month if not longer before I finally got it. I am like you its alot of bullsh/it but I can see were there coming from. If it isn't here by the 15th I would call and raise hell

 

With these guys, you better get used to waiting. I did this before & it took 3 months for them to send the title & I am now getting ready to pay-off my latest P650 & I won't be a bit surprised if it takes them another 3 months to finally send this title!
