Have you changed oil lately??If you get just a little to much oil in them it will blow it out the breather. Another thing is the chokes can still stick evin with the new choke cables installed. Did you get the new sprinsgs when you got the new cable? If the oil is in your air box it came from your crank case vent, this can be caused by a few things one can be the sticky choke, too much oil, too light of oil, not the rite kind of oil (has to have the anti foaming agents). If it's not related to the type and quantity of oil you use it is likely one of your chokes stuck on a little. This washes your cylinder with exsess fuel and causes more than usual blow by which in turn pushes the oil from your crank case to your airbox. Could be what your problem is.

Wouldn't the choke sticking a little cause it to run rough? As far as I know, it runs fine. Since having the new choke cable installed, you have to manually hold the choke lever open, other wise, it closes, kinda like the throttle lever, know what I'm saying? I would assume there is some heavy duty springs installed to make it close on it's own. Every time out (avg 50 kms a trip) you have to add oil when done riding, doesn't appear to be smoking blue out the exhaust either.
How would you check to see if the choke is sticking?
