I got an 02 Green Prairie 650 4x4 for 4000 off of ebay. It only had 50 hours and 200 miles or something. It also came with a winch and a 50" plow. The guy said it is in great conditionDo You think thats a good deal for one? This was the cheepest I found in a year or so that is why I got it. Hopefully it will come soon!

sounds like a good buy. I use mune to pull a trailer (300 lbs) with a dredge on it another (300) in and out of the creeks .I have never had any trouble with it doing the job.Watch out for low gear though.Run it up pretty good and release the throttle if it makes some gear noise the shifter is not going all the way into low.just adjust the linkage. So fare the only problem i have had is my son rolling it .It has some awsom power.

I love these posts. It's like going to Ilovemustangsmorethanmymother.com and asking if they should buy a mustang or a camaro! I'm not knocking big4x4, it's just that these ?'s always make me smile. Go to the honda side and it will be rincon rincon rincon, polaris will recommed the sportsman. Go ride the 2 and make a decision. For most of us, it was the prairie or nothing. But ride enough that you can make an informed decision on your personal taste, and not what a prairie rider tells you.

i see no problem with the vinson except underpowered compared to the 650
sorry i cant compare it to any other bikes
i can guarante you will be very pleased and impressed with a p650
push the throttle and hang on

We have an '03 vinson and an '02 P650. The only things the Vinson has over the P650 are lighter steering and better looks. Everything else goes to the P650. Both bikes are nice but it always seems to me like there's something wrong with the Vinson after I get off of the P650. That's how much difference there is in the power of them (stock).

You won't be sorry, I think you will love it . Just keep the belt deflection at the right specs and you should have very little problems. Have fun!!!!!!
