Pardy's is where I bought my bike as well. I've spent my last cent there. The service was about as good as the bike. No loaner bikes without a fight, going to sue me for storage space during a dispute with Kawasaki, I was trying to get my money back and was flipped off to Kawasaki in Ontario. It was only when I went to the BBB that I got any satisfaction and then I got a 3yr warranty, not too bad though. Ask your brother. He worked at FPI BURIN with a friend of mine. He owns Neils Pond. He had more trouble with his than I did. He went right savage. He had to bring his bike back 7 times before it was fixed. And it got dropped off still frozen up. He's selling it now. He hasn't had a real problem since it was returned.

Yes my brother did work at F.P.I and he told me about your friend...and his bad luck with Pardy's. I however, have not had a reason to bring the bike in for anything so I can't say how they would treat me. BUT I am a good friend of Barry and Tina and would hope they would take care of me. It's the first time I have bought anything from friends and would hope that friendship goes a long way. Sorry about your problems however, and wish you all the luck rectifying them. Barry is a good guy and I like him alot...however that does not automatically make him a good buisness man. I haven't had those kind of dealings with him. As for your bike, what exactly was wrong with it? And what are you going to do? I have heard alot of good about the 360 on all the forums and around our area. Good luck in what ever you ride...they are all fun...some have better luck than others(reliability) and I have no complaints.

PS: If you wish I can give Barry a blast of $hit for you, and tell him that his name came up on the forums...that will probably straighten him up!
