Metalics in front rear oil
I just dumped the breakin fluids @ 12 hrs and front rear oil looked brownish copper color with loads of metalics appearing to be suspended in oil. Any feed back on what came out of your diff at 1st oil cange would be appreciated. I refilled with mobil syn 75/90 gear lube which I've read others have used because I ride in 100
+ deg weather.

What do you mean front rear oil? Do you mean front differential oil?
If so, mine was kind of that color when I changed it this weekend. I didn't notice any metalic shreddings in the oil though. I was running Valvoline 4-Stroke ATV 10w40 in my front differential.
If you mean the rear diff, then get that gear lube out of the there.

I'm sorry for the terminoligy, I'm a life long ind. trucker and the diff in front tandem we call the front rear, but I ment the front diff. and I am aware of using tractor gear oil in rear rear for wet brakes. talked to dealer today and good old guy mech. said probly breakin oil junk. I'm gonna run it a couple hrs and dump oil, maybe better go back to motor oil for warrenty, just in case.
