Well just got back from calgary, got to check out all of the cruiser bikes and ordered a headlight bulb while i was there. No damn wonder i have been having trouble getting enough money together to buy a motorbike. Part # 92069 -1114 was $64.19 CDN. , list price was $80. who knews where and who cares. Well they didn't have one but i paid for it and got them to order me one. You knew i can buy one for my car that looks and is better built for $9.00 CDN. The only good thing about the price is its canadian, and we all knew that the CDN. dollar is worthless. Its a lot like my paycheck.

I never have problems with the cheap parts.

Umm, go get your money back. The 650 takes a standard H4 automotive headlight bulb that you can buy at any auto parts store for a few dollars.

Yes that is the rumor, but i was unable to trace one down. I was hoping to get a number that everyone was able to understand and obtain, but my search did not turn up any wagner bulb or anything else that would work. When i get more time i will search frather for something that is worhable or can be converted.

Hey guys,
I got new bulbs through Parts Ulimited (snowmobile cat.) that also fit. They come in three different sizes above your stock watts. they have one that goes up to 100w. I have the 65w - 85w in mine and they are a lot brighter than stock! I paid $ 7.49 each.
What a bargin!

I've been thinking of putting the upgraded H-4 bulbs in my 650. I am concerned about excessive heat melting the plastic lens or housing and also the wiring / fuse being able to handle higher wattages. Have you had any probs with your higher wattage bulbs?

roscoe69,

I haven't had any problems with the hotter bulb. I don't have a catalog #, but I think you should be able to find it over the net, or give Parts Unlimited a call. (www.partsunlimited.com)

Also you could try Dennis Kirk at 1 800 328 9280

Tell them the style it is! (H4) LOL
