Default need help!!

bought 125 breeze for my wife. Got it home cleaned carb and put in new battery. Started right up. Drove around for little then it died. tried to start it again but starter clutch went out. Put on a new one and now it just turns over and over. Started shooting gas into filter housing and had gas in oil. Changed oil and rebuilt carb. No extra gas now but still wont run. Adjusted valve to intake .003 and exhaust to .006. Good compression at 128psi. Timing marks appear to be right and good spark. Relays all check out and the fuse is good. What am I missing here? Is there anybody out there that can help me! My hair is falling out with this one!

just for kicks, i've seen where everything was done right, had good spark when checking for it but it wouldn't fire up. not even on ether/starting fluid. i changed out the $3 NGK spark plug for a new on and it fired right up. may be worth a shot to try a new plug. in the mean time, i'm still gonna be thinking if we missed anything. are you sure the needle valve is letting gas into the float bowl for the jets to pick up? have you tried the float bowl drain to verify it? and you're sure your jets are clean? if you give the quad a short/small squirt or shot of ether/starting fluid, does it fire up and run? don't give the quad much of a shot of ether, but a small conservative squirt so you don't burn up the rings.

I did put a new plug in and also tried to start it with starting spray. No luck on either one. Put new gas in it twice and both times checked the float bowl and got gas. jets are both brand new should be clean.

It's possible. I've had plugs not fire under compression (just las weekend).
Altho, it's usually a old plug.
I use iridium plugs at about 12 bucks.

Is your plug wet when you remove it?
If so, try a full throttle start.

How about a plugged pipe?

oh yeah, didn't think about the tail pipe being plugged or restricted.

screen was partially plugged, cleaned it and still doing the same thing. pulled the plug out and still looks good. doesnt look wet but end of it smells like gas. When you open throttle and try to start it sounds different. alot more deeper sound. just the other day my daughters breeze did the same thing and i replaced the plug and it fired right up. I put new plug in this one but it does the same thing.

ok, that electrode should be wet with gasoline. from what you describe, you've got a possible fuel delivery issue. i realize you said the jets were brand new, BUT, it is possible to have a small amount of debris blocking the jets. pull the carb apart, pull the jets out, clean them, reinstall everything and try it. do you have a fuel filter? if not, spud one in. to be honest with you, i've had to clean a carb 6x before i got all of the crud out even after flushing the tanks, lines, and the everything else. be patient, we'll get you there.
