Default Kazuma Falcon 110 not starting

Recently purchased. Started and ran fine. Removed body pieces, cleaned and power washed chassis, engine, etc. Covered carb with plastic bag. Turned over, has spark but would not start. I drained gas from fuel tank and carb and replaced with fresh. Still not starting. Any help appreciated. I didn't get a manual so also have a couple questions... plug gap? And type of oil?
thank you!

Engine oil is SAE20W-50, spark plug gap 0.024" to 0.028" If you are getting a good spark and the carb is OK, the engine should start. Try a new plug, just in case. Check compression if you can, though why the compression would have gone after washing I can't imagine.

I got the Kazuma manual as a free download from the net, can't remember where and you don't seem to be able to send .pdf files via this site.
