My son was riding last night and it was running fine then out of the blue it started spitting and spurting and would not idle or stay running it would go dead as soon as you pressed the throttle. Anyone have an idea what has happened or what should I check.

Wayne, It's starting to get warm now, so the jetting is probably a little off. My guess is the spark plug is fouled. You can just run a new plug in every once in a while or you can rejet it. That would be my first guess.

 

I pulled the plug out and it looked fine white and tan a little carbon but not bad but I will try that. Thanks for the help.
