Lt80 help QUICK!!

Not sure what happened to my first post so forgive me if this double posts. After repairing the cases on our 80 I decided to do the clutch mods and clean up the exhaust port. Well I removed 2 rollers and polished everything up real nice. When the machine was up on the stand the response was awesome. As soon as my son took it for a ride it would barely move for about 10-15 feet then it just comes to life. After the first 10-15 ft. it rips. But it really sucks out of the hole.
Please help!!!

Well I took 2 rollers out like everyone said. And it just wouldn't get outta the hole at all. You were ok once you got going if you kept your momentum up but if you stopped you were screwed. So I put the rollers back in and it worked good again. So I just took them all out and drilled them out a little. Man what a difference. This thing really rips now. My son loves it. Before I would ride wheelies around the yard on the stock gearing. But once I changed to the 13/20 I couldn't. Well that's no longer a problem now. And now when I have him practicing his hole shots it will spin those turf tamers with ease.

15/20? that a typo?
So when you took the clutch back apart (4 rollers) was one turned?
What size drill did you use?
Glad it's working for you

13/20 sounds better. You went from a 22 rear to a 20 eh?.The set-up you have can handle that high of gear.
Sometimes a roller gets out of place during installation(they turn sideways). I thought maybe that might have happened.
