Default Eton axl 90

I did a search but didn't find anything specific to the axl 90. Just heard about one that i will go to look at tommorow. It "needs some mechanical work" does anyone here know anything specific about this model? Looks like from the search results that etons in general are regarded fairly well. I am mostly interested about the AXL, but if anyone has input on etons in general i would be interested to hear it.

We have an Eton AXL 90 Thunder. It's been good for us.

maybe bombman can set the record straight, but that seems likes lots of $$ for parts, especially for a brand which boasts about parts availability and low cost. i mean the suzuki rollers and cage and cover are way cheaper than that. I think dealer is trying to sodomize you.

BTW retro, if fishslab says it's good, I'd trust his judgement, he's a straightshooter with no hidden agenda. the one thing i hear is that they don't do water very well. if your riding will involve much deep water, check into it.
