Default Shaft drive to chain drive? (YAMOTO TYPE QUAD)

I have a ryoli or ryali 110cc quad, its the same as the yamoto 110cc. but different name.

well the cog on the rear has stripped a few teeth, is there any way i can get the cog off? as it seems stuck to the axle... how can i get this off, ive been told heat it with a blow torch and hammer it off.. but then how do i get the bearing and cog back on...

SO.... this is where my question comes! can i change it to chain drive instead of shaft drive... i think i would need to get a sprocket for the shaft on the engine and the rear.. but would need a star shapped centre hold or something??

If i do this what is needed to be done? i dont wanna spend $$$ on a whole new rear end!

It most likely is pressed on, so it would have to be pressed off. Or heated and hammered off.

As for a chain conversion, I would have to see some pretty detailed pictures of it to have a opinion.
