Defintitely the eton, way closer to jap standard. Especially the suspension. You get what you pay for with quads. Etons cost more for a reason. Better quality. I have never seen one in person but the pictures tell the story. better shock quality for one and dual a arms. Dont think anyone would argue that a single a arm was better. At $2400.00 it is about 50% more than the yamoto and it probubly is a 50% better quad. Not sure about the engine but as for as suspension , no doubt. IMO.

The quality of the Yamoto is good but the suspension is very stiff. Most kids dont mind the suspension but it is always better to have the softer suspension. Yes the eton is of better quality and you pay for it. It all depends on what you can afford. For a first quad I can not see spending $2500. I bought my son a Kazuma rfx 110. So far it has been flawless. Runs great everytime. I bought front wheel spacers to make it more stable and the suspension works alot better.

Eton, Eton ,Eton....... Yamoto is a really bad bike. I have read alot of reviews on this piece of junk and I am shocked that so many people like them. I purchased one Nov. 04 and have had nothing but major problems and expenses. Patriot is nearly impossible to deal with as far as parts go, and nobody stocks parts for these things, regardless of what they say, trust me. Good luck and read my post on the Yamoto, it should be posted soon.

We have alot of Yamoto dealers in Arizona, and I can go pick up any part I need in less than an hour. Its good to have 5 dealers within 10 miles of each other. The Eton is much better, but for another $800, you can buy alot of gear or a good down payment on a second quad.
Its probably best if you buy what your dealer has, it helps with these Chinese quads.
