Yes on the 4 stroke. They allready have a 125 top end overseas, it just has to be tweaked with modern race goodies.

 

Does Anyone know how to take the washer out of the Stock exhaust to make it faster because I don't know what to take off to get started.
And If Know any other ways to make it faster let me know

Remove the exhaust pipe. The washer is between the pipe and the cylinder.
