Thanks for the input all

I picked up the quad at the local shipping company today , had them load it the back of my pickup, I must have been to excited for my kids cause I didnt even think about how I was going to get it out of the back of my truck, LOL. Once home I decided to assemble the quad, back up to a hill to roll it off, the plan worked. Oh yea the assembly was a piece of cake. The first thing I noticed is this was not the model I ordered, (they have two models one with the gauges and mirrors and one without) I changed colors by phone while I was giving my payment info and they must have changed the model also, oops I share the blame since I didnt verify the info over the phone.

I agree with quadduck
My family will be riding in open trail areas as a group, I think mirrors would be great way of keeping track of our group with out turning their heads.

I did find a piece broken it the part that holds the handle bars on, really crapy metal my dad called it pig iron when I was a kid. I will call the dealer and get a replacement untill I can engineer something better. Ill let you know how dealing with the dealer goes. wrong model and the broken part.

Again thanks for your input

If you are going to be doing a bunch of open are riding in groups, you'll be glad you have them. We do a lot of trial, rocky, and technical riding. It wouldn't serve it's purpose for us, that's all. By the way, are the mirrors removable?

I hope it runs well for you. If you don't mind me asking, what did you end up paying total with shipping included? They look great and sound like it will be a good machine. Again, keep us posted with the first ride and impressions. Then maybe a follow-up after a few rides. It's nice to read opinions.

Im not sure if the mirrors are removable, I received the wrong model

Total with shipping about $1200 I have been watching some more auctions from this model and I paid a little too much, oh well

Chicago trading co admitted that they made a mistake, They offered to make it right by getting the correct model to me or refunding some money. Rather than sending back this ATV for the correct one I decided to take the money offer. I also told them about the broken part and they are going to send me a replacement part

Overall I am very impressed with this purchase.

The kids love it and no other problems to report.

Thanks, The Ocho
