Default New tires and rims for Mini Quad

I have a 50cc mini quad. I can't find larger tires for the 6" rims. Currently has 145-70-6. Problem is it has 3 bolt hubs. Any one know where I can get 7 inch rims for these hubs? Its is to low to the ground and I need a couple more inches of ground clearance.

Thanks!

Hope ya know that bigger tires may require a gearing change.
