Default Eton 90R help

Eton 90R stalled...tried to start..nothing(like battery was totally dead) I replaced the fuse coming out of the battery and it started right up..problem solved...I thought. Shifted to forward and it dies again..fuse blew again. I then kicked started it up..no problem. Tried to shift into forward and it wouldn't shift...engine remained running, but stays in neutral.

Any comments or suggestions would be much appreciated. This isa 2005 bought last Fall.

It sounds like there is a neutral safety switch that only lets it start in Neutral. I'd look for a problem there. A blown fuse points toward something grounding out that shouldn't.
