I thought I had a bad clutch on my sons 110 falcon, but I pulled the side cover off and the clutch backet fell into my hands. The shaft that it mounts to was twisted in half. Where can I get this replacement part? How difficult is it going to be now? HELP

Welcome to the forum johnjayhwk and cl440, You have busted a major shaft in the transmission, you will need to split the cases to fix it. If you want some advice for doing it your self I can probubly help. It is a big job but isnt as tough as some think. just kind of intimidating the first time.

First things first. I assume that your 110 is one of the honda like clone engines. If it is, you probubly should go and buy a manual for a honda 110 or 70 or something. I will look around and see if I have any thing that I could copy and send to you. Are you anywhere near no. calif?

 

I found a manual I have that covers 50-75cc Honda engines. Its a generic version but has complete internal layouts for the minitrail 50 engine. I can scan and email them to you if you want. Its very similar to yours except for no e-start. I also went the link that cl440 provided and it looks like you need to get This and all of the gasgets on that page. It comes to about $200.00. The complete engine assy is $350.00. Its a bummer that they dont sell a complete gasget set and just the shaft you broke. You may want to go to the Honda dealer and ask for that part for a trail 110 and compare it.
