LT 80 Iam in Apache Junction, Arizona which is about 20-25 miles from Phoenix, real close to Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, and other surrounding cities, are you in the Phoenix area LT 80? Weather is starting to cool off out here desert riding season is here, as well as Dune Season, Kawasaki shop where I bought the bike said they would only charge me $65 for the 1 hour labor to tear it open and track it all down.

Hi Jack,
Sent you a couple PM's, not sure if they are going through.
I've sent a few to others, who have not got them....gggggggrrrrrrr

Blazin,

Take it from a former rookie, and a still learning guy. I was leary about doing all this stuff also.
These things are pretty easy to work on though.
I've got one completely tore apart and need to put it all back together after my motor gets back from Jack.
That will be fun, hehehe.......

As mentioned earlier, get a manual, it really does help.

Taking the carb of is really simple, you might just need to get a regular size philips screwdriver that has a skinnier shank than normal, it needs to fit through a hole. You will see the two screws you need to take off.
Jack will give you lots of good info.

Good Luck
