Default kazuma carb

if i can hold my hand over the carb and try to crank, untill it spits gas and then it will crank, what adjustments do i make, kazuma 250

I would think it needs to be cleaned.

It seems like it needs something cleaned. I have heard that they are shipped with some sort of Gel pack in the fuel bowl to keep things from getting to neat up during shipping. Its supposed to dissolve with use. some dont.

I have a bunch of 110's that came in and were doing the same thing. It would crank, not start and spit fuel out the face of the carb. A compression test will prob tell you that you now have a bent intake valve.

I would adjust the intake valve. Mine was doing similar and I had to adjust the intake valve. Procedure is documented in this forum.
