Default wheel feel off

My son was riding his new Kazuma Falconll 110 when the front wheel almost came completely off. I guess it is a bolt in the bottom A arm that came off from the front wheel. The A arm was just hanging down there in the dirt with the wheel bent out and a threaded bolt end on the A arm. Nothing appears to be broken, it just looks like it unthreaded. Now I don't know how to put it back on. It looks like I have to take the entire wheel assemly off to screw this back on, tire, hub, brakes, etc. I just can't figure how this screws in?? Any advice out there please???

Default wheel feel off

take the wheel off.
the outside part of the a-arm is shaped like a [
the spindle (the part that is loose, and dangling) fits inside the [
put the bolt back in through the top of the [ and through the spindle
put the nut on from the bottom (with locktite!)
put the wheel back on.

or if the axle nut backed off the spindle, just put wheel/hub back on the axle, and replace the nut (with locktite!).

or am i missing something?

there may be some online microfiche drawings that show the parts breakdown (racewayatv.com?)

Thats why we say locktite EVERYTHING on these atv's. There should be a cotter pin to keep the nut from backing off like that. The pin may have fallen out or it was already missing.

There is no cotter pin and no hole for a cotter pin. I did check all the frame and shock bolts and lug nuts. I checked where the A arms attach to the frame. The wheels were tight when I shock them and the bolt was in the back of the wheel. I can't figure out how this possible unthreaded? The A arm could not spin?????????????

Also, do not buy from Highrpmracer! Their warranty dept. and customer service is terrible when you need help. They still have not gotten back to me over this issue.
