I'm going to have a shop machine me some quarter inch plates of 6061 aluminum that will fit the mini Tao Tao 110 bolt pattern so you can bolt on 110mm four bolt rim. It will cost $140+shipping if more people are interested in getting these let me know if I get enough orders price may come down some.
I can only do sets of four and you would have to supply your own nuts, and lug bolts. To use these the lug bolts on the atv will probably have to be replaced with longer ones. I will try to supply a picture of what it will look like from my CAD drawing. If enough people are interested in this.

The guy that owns the Performance Shop I keep talking about that built my Banshee, my Brother's 1989 TRX-250R, and my Daughter's Mini Eagle 110 came up with a pretty good set up that looks awesome. He takes the Stock 3/78mm 3-Lug Wheels and sand blasted all the paint off them and and made up a set of 6 inch by 1/8th inch thick Weld in Bend Rings with a 4.25 Center with 3/4" and 1/2" holes alternating. He welded the bend rings in the 6 inch rear wheels and powder coated all four wheels silver (looks like chrome) and mounted a set of 14.5X7-6 Cheng Shin Knobby Tires. When he gets done they look great! The 14.5X7-6 Cheng Shin Knobby Tire was the biggest tire he could find for the 6" wheels. The Bend Rings in the rear wheels, the silver powder coat, and the new tires makes the rear wheels look wider than the front, and they look like a set of OMF DWT Bend Rings Wheels. I'm not sure what he charges to do the bend ring and Powder coat mod but I'll find out and let you know and try to post a few pictures of the end result.

The reason why Im doing it is because I already have a set of rims and tires. The tires are 18x9.5x8 rear and 19x7x8 fronts. With New Kenda scorpion tires on them. I'm not sure the 19x7x8 will fit the front with out cutting some of the fender. I asked Thack82 If the 19 fits all right because the picture you posted looks like I have the same quad. but in the picture you obviously didnt have the bigger tires on it. So let me know Id like a picture with the bigger tires on it if you have one.
With the 1/4" plates it will make the four wheeler 1/2"wider. Which is good, I could have went wider but I wanted to keep costs down. The guy I talked to said, If I can find at least 25 people who wants a set of 4 then he can probably make the price cheaper. I designed the plate on CAD but the forum system does not take a file size as big as it is so I cant post what they will look like. I will take a picture of the computer screen If I can get one that looks good enough. 140+shipping I think is quite fair as I talked to a company on line that wanted 89.00 a piece granted they were a bit thicker. So $35.00 a piece plus shipping sound more like a steal.

Man I'm sorry I need to change my Signature on my Daughter's Quad. Heres the story on my attempt to make the 4/110mm TRX-90 wheel's work on the 110.
I ran across a guy that had a 0lder TRX-90 on Craigslist that was junked, the motor was MIA and the plastic was busted. I bought it off him for $50 and tried to use the Honda hubs on the Mini Eagle 110. I already had Withrow building the Stock Short Stroke, Stock Bore Performance Engine and I had seen him fab up a ton of custom parts for Chinese Quads that people were having him build. I created my Profile and listed the parts on my signature that I knew he could rework or modify to fit on my Daughter's 110. When it came down to the 4/110mm TRX90 wheels we couldn't do anything to get them to fit that would be done right and not just be rigged. So I sold the parts that I didn't use of the TRX and had Withrow order the 14.5X7-6 Tires on her stock wheels. I will look at her quad tonight and get Withrow to help me measure everything just to be sure. When I had the Honda Wheels and tires they all looked like they would fit fine under the fenders. The extra width will help out a lot, I'll let you know something tomorrow.

Yeah the tires you are running are the same size diameter as stock. The width on them is a little wider I think. By looking at it the backs 18's will fit just fine. The fronts however 19's I don't think they will fit with out doing some trimming on the front fender and foot well. I could cut it and make it more sport quad look style, or if there is enough room for 18's which I don't know yet if there is even room for them. For 18's to fit it would need to have a inch and 3/4 clearance in all positions from the stocks. The 19" it would need 2 and a 1/4 inches in all positions from stock. I could probably eye ball that and see if there is that much room. I wonder if anyone has cut these fenders before as I know they are more brittle than other quad brands. How do you go about it on one of these with out making it look like a hack job?

Ok, on the mini tao 110 the 19's wont fit in the front and 18's might rub just a little lock to lock with some cutting of the foot board. Besides the 19's surely look funny on the mini 110 like the frame is too short front to back.

My Daughter's 110 is running a 26mm Mikuni Round Slide Carburetor (VM-26) on her quad with 95 Main 32.5 Pilot Jet with with the needle Clip in the 4th Clip and the Fuel Screw is at 1.5 turns
If you want to run the Mikuni VM-22mm, 24mm, 26mm Carburetors you need to go ahead and buy a Sky Twister Intake ($5), and a Sky Adjustable Intake Base Spacer Plate. You can buy the VM-Series Carburetors off eBay for $35 Shipped. I'm wanting to sell my Daughter's Carb set up and try a Keihin 26mm or a 24mm Flat Slide/D Slide Carburetor. Remember If you do decide to use the Older Style VM Mikuni Carburetors that you can buy off eBay for $35.00 Shipped they have BIG Float Bowls on them and you need to turn the Intake and the Carb around on the Chinese Quads because it wont clear the starter. So everything I mentioned above is needed to do the Swap.

Just wondering If this photo is a actual photo of the carb you bought or ? Under close examination of the photo is a picture of a VM22 I believe it measures 26mm at the opening and actually 22mm at the slide. Just want to clear this up cause I was thinking of buying a VM26 and it is 30mm opening and 26mm at the slide. I don't want to buy it if it is to big. Just wondering exactly which one you had bought? Also your jetting seems to be a little weird. It seems like your jetting is low 95 main seems kinda low, but I'm not an expert, and have no past experience with the chinese 110. Like I said, I just want to clear things up before spending the cash.

YES!!! a aftermarket performance Carburetor makes a HUGE difference. Carb failure and not changing the break in oil is the number one problem with Chines Quads. The stock Carburetors are non-adjustable and pretty much JUNK! The Chinese have there Quads running way lean in order for them to meet the United States Emission's Law's so they are very restricted. You can buy all the parts I listed above for about $65.00 Shipped. If you buy the Carburetor and Intake Components, jet it up and add this Performance CRF-50/XR-50 Full Exhaust (Head Pipe and Silencer) Exhaust off eBay for $38.84 Free Shipping you will have a totally different machine. This set up will also allow you to turn the restrictor screw in farther and make the quad slower for younger riders but still have the power to pull decent size hills. A friend of mine builds and fixes a lot of Chinese Quads and he puts that exhaust carburetor and intake set up on them and puts AMS Oil in the motor and he never hears back from them. just the exhaust carburetor and intake set up on the 110 bumps it up from about 4hp stock to 8hp. He usually charges about $200 to instal the parts, jet the carb and tune the quad. a NGK Iridium Spark Plug helps out as well if you have the other parts installed.

They are all on ebay.
Big Bore Exhaust Muffler Pipe XR CRF 50 70 CRF50 XR50 Pit Bike Racing Lifan | eBay
26MM MANIFOLD INTAKE MIKUNI CARB CRF XR 50 XR50 70 Z50 | eBay
eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices
these are some but there are many do a search on ebay for what your looking for. Im not sure that the actual VM26 will work good, as stated in my previous post. I think the VM26 may actually be to large. Will have to see if Thack will measure his daughters carb as I think he has a VM22 which is considered a 26mm carb with a 22mm slide. From what I found else where a 26mm slide which is actually in the VM26 is to big, it is 30mm on intake side. But I don't know I'm not a professional and like I said, maybe thack will respond. I posted the question earlier about it and he was usually quick to respond this time he isn't so IDK. The picture he has posted is a VM22 so that also leads me to believe that, thats what he actually has.
