baja 90cc brake problems

Hi, I bought my son a 90cc baja and he loves it. He has put on 210 km. But the brake caliper well not release.
No air in brake lines. Has anyone had this problem?

Never had a brake problem with ours..Is the brake line pinched because that might do it? Do you still have warrenty left on the quad..

Thanks for contacting me. No warranty and when brake line is disconnected caliper still lock.

Welcome to the forum playdough, I would assume that the caliper is frozen up.( the part on the disc) It could probubly be rebuilt, but a new one is most likely fairly inexpensive.
