Default HEY MR. LT80!

well it seems that you seem to be the man on this page so can i bother you for a cuple of things? the rolers in the clutch whats all this talk i hear about them? from what i get you remove a cuple of the rolers and it makes the clutch engage at a higer rpm this giving it more umph? so if this is the case i see that you have pm'ed people the directons for doing this before, what would it take to get some of your expert knowlege on this?

try not to remove them just get lighter rollers
well thats what we do on the kasea/ eton bikes
im sure Jack will chime in on this

Yes you can remove 2 w/o problems. It will be as you stated.
Remove the footpeg bolts and flip them foreward. remove the skid plate. Remove the clutch cover bolts (don't forget the bolt at the 3 o:clock position on the small cover)
A impact wrench is usually used and remove the front clutch nut. Remove the front clutch. You can then get into the variator and remove 2 of the rollers. Clean all parts.
Use 1/10 of the grease that was in there (I use a Q-tip of grease). Make sure the lil keyway is aligned and put it all back together.
