LT80 Clutch
I am trying to get to the clutch and I have all the bolts removed and it apears nothing holding it back but I can get the primary cover seperated.I have been tapping with a rubber mallet but it does not want to break the seal.
Does the oil injector pump need to be removed? Am i Not applying enough force? is there a secret I don't know?
Thanks
Steve

Hello, Make sure you got all the bolts off. I think you will need to remove the drain plug as well. It has a large phillips head. If the cover has never been removed it might be a little tight at first. You dont need to remove the oil pump. Just the bolts, foot pegs and the left rear tire to make the operation a little more easy.

You do not need to remove the drain plug.
The hidden bolt is on the removable cover on the case.
Take the screw in the 3:00 position out (right side).
You still might have to tap it a little to get 'er out, but that should do it.
Good Luck.
Don't feel bad, took me forever to figure out that dang bolt the first time also
