this is no exception. You can get them from Raceway....check the ad up top. It is definately worth the extra cash! Gets delivered right to your door with minimal effort to assemble.
Never had experience with either that you mention, just throwing in my useless 2 cents.
Check the sizes of the bike with your kid too. My kid is 8 and 4'2" 62lbs so you have a sense
of how big the quad is when you see the pics.

I would also like to recomend the Eton. 2 or 4 stroke. i dont think you can go wrong in either case. 2 strokes are cheaper to maintain, 4 strokes are EPA yada yada yada blah blah blah blah... LOL. Go to their homepage at www.etonamerica.com and look over there photos, and models..

I wish I would have bought the DC90, spent the extra money and listen to this posting. I took the easy way out and bought the Redcat VX-80, work well for a few rides in the woods...now has slowly got worse. These guys...plus Raceway really have good things to say about the Desert Cats. SEADAWG

We've had an Eton 90 4 stroke for about 8 months for our 7 yr old and its been great. My primary reason was hydraulic disc brake. Little guys can have a hard time stopping a machine with cable activated drum brakes. Eton was one of the few 90's with disc. Also has double a-arms, reverse, and front lights. Tires are pretty nice too for a mini. you won't be disappointed.

I've heard good things about the ETONs, but I'm still curious as to why the Mojo 90 is $1700 (not that I'm looking to buy one). I can't tell in any of pictures of it (it looks like a run of the mill chinese 90) if there is much, if anything different.
I've been perusing atv dealer sites pretty heavily, and yes, even ebay. I have to admit, I'm getting a big kick out of all those chinese atv dealers claiming to have the "best" atv, that they are the #1 dealer, and to watch out for all the other dealers because supposedly they are all scammers selling cheap quads that aren't worth the money.
Anyhoo, just curious about this mojo 90 and why it is so pricey for an off brand.
On a side note, I've also been trying to find websites for dealers selling the Taiwanese made bikes, but they are few and far between. I can get to the manufacturer's site (like AEON, etc) but hard to find dealers. I've found a couple and it is clear even the Taiwanese bikes are out of my price range for what I need to do.
Oh well, looks like I'm going to just take the chance and get a couple if chinese bikes and work on them as needed....probably Jetmoto since those seem to get the nod for the chinese bikes.

Nope.. I am not going to jump in on this one.... oh well what the heck... I read the first post and see an issue right off with the age of the child, and the size machine you are considering. I know, I know, don't come here preaching the CPSC guidelines... But please hear me out. I am not going to say if I believe in them or not, I am not going to say if I myself have always obeyed them... I just want you to think twice about them especially if you ever intend to ride in public areas where rules or laws that are based on them might be enforced. Many states have more liberal rules, but you need to check the states you intend on riding in for clarification. That is all I want to say.. and leave the decision up to you.
I have been through this with two boys. One took to it like a duck to water, the other had the crap scared out of him, and has not ridden since. He is now 11, and I have a Raptor80 with less than one full tankful of gas run through it sitting in the shed that is 5 years old to show for it. You know your kid better than any of us... just be wise with your choices
