John, I actually think your company has very good customer service when it comes right down to it. I am just the kind of person that "says it how it is". My complaint was with my email not being answered. That is it plain and simple. If I honestly had a problem with something else believe me I would of said something about it. I am a firm believer in spending my money with companies that earn my business!!!!!!! I try to base my company the same way. I will go out of my way not to do business with someone if they act like they are doing me a favor by taking my money. There is no way to please everyone 100%, but you can do the best job possible, and there is always room for improvement. It all comes down to we are in business to make money and I personally try to do the best possible job that I can, as I am sure you are too.

The Quad seems to run great! I have the limiting screw almost all of the way in at the moment and my son has no problem overcoming obstacles from basically a complete stop. That was a huge issue with the 70, and the lack of any ground clearance worth mentioning.
