Well I was shocked to find this response in my email this morning!

For Meerkat50-4A, Panda100-4SA, Cougar250-4M
Dear Chuck:

1. Please see attached the specification of engine valve clearance. Do not
try to adjust yourself if you are not a skill mechanic, because it will
damage the engine valve and lose the engine pressure and you will not start
the bike.

2. You can contact us for any tech. information you need, but we don't have
printed manual.

3. Please go to &lt;a target=new class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://64.7.18.250/client/index.asp"&gt;Safety Recall&lt;/a&gt;, and click " Safety
causing......", you have to rivet a pin into the A arm.

Kazuma Support Division

Adjusting Valves:

1. For TDC Mark
Looking from the right hand side of the engine casing, the magnet on the crankshaft ,which form
part of the genaretor has mark on it.the arrow on the magnet must face the mark on the casing,
thats is TDC ( piston top )
2. When the piston is TDC , that's ignition timing.
Looking at the camshaft from the front of the engine the following will be seen
( a ) A slot in line with the big hole of the cam gear .
( b ) The two small holes of the cam gear will be flush with the turpet cover seat on the head, the
cam lobes are free.
3. The valves clearance
( a ) The inlet valve 0.05 mm
( b ) The Exhaust valve 0.05 mm

Less than 24hr. response time? Are they really going to give this customer service thing a try? Maybe I just got lucky?</end quote></div>

You could just call the local Honda shop and ask how much they'd charge. Can't see them charging more than an hour of labor.

Or seeing if they know what model it's cloned from, and finding the settings from there.
