and yep I think I over did it on the filter oil. About to go back out there and start it up again. I re-cleaned the filter last night.

FYI, damm thing is running good now. Guess I did have too much oil on the filter. Hey im learning. Thanks for the help.
Still would like to know how to take the carb apart.
