just bought 2 lt 80s. a 2000 and a 87. I think they should run better. hard to start. did a compression test and 85lbs. what should they be at? im not meathead. bilt sleds and larger quads 125 was normal unless head cut for race gas. would 85lbs make it run that bad? these are so small I LOVE IT!!!!!

how do you fix the caster? one is fine the other is ugley. every thing looks tight.
how do I check the belt? does anyone know what the width is suppose to be? and loose or tight looking in the recoil space?

Welcome to the forums Meathead.
You are correct, 125#..You need freshened up.
The Camber is not correctable altho your spindles may need new bushings.
The belts wear forever and the thinner the better. You should service the clutchs. ie: (front)clean the rollers and check for flat spots. (rear) check the bearings and scuff the pads.
Your understanding wife have a sister??? LMAO
