My wife won a Baja 90 last fall a a fall fair and I have never been able t get it to run properly. I had to bring it to the dealer the first week we had it because it wouldn't run. The dealer said I wasn't using the choke properly. The manual has the choke operation opposite to what it should be. I brought it back to the cottage and left it there after it was fully serviced for the winter. This spring I took it out and again it wouldn't run it was backfiring when cold and bogging when warm. I took it back to the dealer and they told me repairs were not covered under the warrenty. In the manual it says carburator is covered for 60 months or 10000 KM. When I complained to Baja they told me the bike is warranteed for 90 days and the 60 months warrantee is only good for the state of California.
This bike has 0 KM on it and they would not cover any warrante and the Canadian Tire Store we got it from does not do the warantee work you have to bring it to another repair shop for warantee work. If I was in the market for an ATV I would not buy a Baja
