Help with kazuma 150 gearbox
#1
HI there. I would love some help on how to remove complete gearbox. We replaced all the gears in the box as they were stripped (kids not waiting until stationary before selecting reverse) but hubby tried to remove a nylock nut inside the box which probably didnt need undoing. Problem is now the bolt just spins in the hole and the nut wont tighten. We are assuming that this nut and bolt helps to hold the 2 sides together as it now has a really bad oil leak. Have checked all gaskets and seals and can only guess this is the cause.
We cant work out how to remove the hole gearbox to replace the bolt! Please help.
Oh and if I could work out to to add a picture I would show exactly which nut and bolt im talking about, so if you have any info on that.....

There should be a manual for it. I downloaded a manual for the Falcon110cc machines a while back, can't remember where from. Strange book, no wiring diagram but pictures of every bit of the loom and how they join together. Rest of it is similar, goes into great detail on some things, total gloss over about other, more vital information.
