171FMM engine who makes it ?

Well everything went well with just the sprocket and chain upgrade. Last October I went and rode it a little hard and it held up well on trails and jumps but fell on its nose in water. The air box has the openings at the bottom and sucked water into the filter and engine so I had to be towed back to the trailer. A week later I had changed the oil and cleaned the air filter and changed the plug and was ready to set out again. When I started it up the thing just blew oil out of the muffler and never stopped. It got to the point it was smoking real bad and I thought it would run out of oil so I shut it down. I have since broke the engine down and found the rings in it are at the max for tolerance and is letting the oil blow by and out the muffler. Now the hard part is finding rings since the engine bore is at the max for the 71mm (71.7mm). I have been looking for rings since last October and have failed to find a atv/bike dealer that carries rings that are 72mm and cut them down to fit on the 71.7mm bore since the books do not show TaoTao. Next option is buy a new engine all together.
