Default Tim at VBike

I recently purchased a 250 V4S from Tim and have been very happy with the bike, but it arrived with a broken seat. Emailed Tim a picture and offered to send back the broken one if he shipped a new one with a call tag. It took 6 weeks and 3 phone calls to get the new one which, by the way, did not have the VBIKE on the side. Tim said he only stocked replacement seats in the red and black, but no logo.

I have called him 7 times in 3 weeks asking for him to email me 3-6 pictures of a 250 automatic he said he just got in, because I would like to buy one for my wife and wanted something bigger than the 150. My last call was 22 minutes ago and he said they were on their way in 5 minutes (like the other 6 times) and I still haven't seen them yet. Pretty poor for someone looking to by a SECOND quad from you with an AMEX in their hand.

Anyone know if there is a 200cc or 250cc automatic out there that is not a utility quad and any good? My inclination is to never call Tim again since he hasn't been able to find the time to deal with a repeat customer that is looking to buy from him again.....

I have ridden a Kazuma 250 auto but was not at all impressed! Does anyone know if Tim reads this board? Perhaps someone should email him a link to it and who knows it may cause him to step it up a bit on customer service!

It would appear that somebody reads the posts:

"sir the problem we delay our new 250cc auto becasue in the manual it say 200cc we have to make sure it 250cc with our china supply before release it sir ,about our service we take care of every body ,our goal is %100 customers satisfaction, have you got your ATV new seat ? yes ,have you return the old seat back to us ,no . please look around there is no other company out there ,stand behind what they selling like us, they will not send new parts in advance never ."

I received this along with the pictures of the new 250 auto.

good grief. They have poor language skills. Hopefully the customer service is better.
