Default Problems - Eton Viper 70

I have an Eton Viper 70. The engine boggs out when given throttle. Sometimes turning on the choke will help for a few seconds. Severe loss of power. Acts like not getting fuel.

I have changed the fuel filter, made sure fuel flows, cleaned the carburetor, cleaned the spark plug and cleaned the spark arrester.

Help!! I don't know what to try next.

did you find out what your issue was, if not i have a thought, could be jetting issue but you need to check the cylinder pressure and also check the reeds if the pressure is between 95-120psi.
