Default SUNL 90cc Mini Problems

Hello, I'm new to this forum and sorry if I posted this in the wrong section. I just picked up a Sunl 90cc mini from craigslist for $100. It needed some work. All scratched up. No seat or battery. So I tore it down cleaned it up. Repainted the plastics, etc. I put a super coil, battery, RED CDI upgrade, added fuel on/off valve, new chain, new headlight, brake light, cleaned up exhaust, new spark plug. Hell for the money I put in it, I should havbe just bought a new one. lol. Anyway I got her all together and that lil puppy won't start. It will turn a few times then clicks. The kid told me they just put a new rectifier and starter on it. Any suggestions what I should try? Thanks for any help.

Put a brand new battery in her and it's like it is not enough power to start it. The starter tries a few times then clicks. So I jump her and it trys to start. I got her started for a minute, but still having trouble.
