drive chain
1st off, is it 520 or 428 chain/sprocket size ??? Both those numbers seem to get mixxed and matched sometimes.
If 428::::Go to a tractor supply, MSCDirect.com, or a go-kart shop and get #40 chain. It comes in 10 ft lengths (and yes, it fits perfect). They will have the master links and the all important 1/2 links that your needing.
I can get all that for under 20 bucks at the tractor supply.
If 520:: a tooth bigger/smaller rear sprocket. I know of no 520 1/2 links. maybe someone else can help more.

what you need to do is loosen up the rear axle and the chain adjusters, push the axle all the way forward, remove the master link and then reinstall the chain on the spockets, and see if you have a extra inner and outer link, you must beable to remove both, so that their's a inner link on each side of the chain. if you do then simply take a chain breaker and remove them. reinstall chain.
