Dinli Helix 90 Choke Upgrades???
#1
hello,
i have a dinli helix 90 that the electric choke has never worked, i believe. i tested everyway i know how. does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem with a manuel choke i'm done with this one. i didn't know if other models would crossover, because the company is no longer. i know for a fact that a 2003 polaris predator 90 stator will work on this model, same color wires and connector. i not sure if the choke is the same??? any ideas and any replies would be appreciated.
thanks,

the 4-wheeler runs, idles fine once you finally get it started with starting fluid. runs great, it will pull my 225 lbs. around no problem. so, i'm thinking choke.

I have heard of alot of people switch over to manual chokes. I am not sure if a predator or Eton would work but I know that there is a way to switch them over. Find another brand that runs the same carb and do some switching.

Too funny, pretty much exactly what I am looking for . I am having the same exact problem. Electric chocke has never worked since new. I also use starting fluid and once it warms up hauls my 220 lbd *** around just fine. Please let me know what you find and I will do the same if I cand find a solution and or a replacement manual choke.
