Gio mini beast rear wheels not spinning true

I have a 50cc Gio mini beast atv and i cant seem to get the rear wheels to spin true. The right rear seems to be not bad, but the left is out of wack. Is there a trick to assembling the rear axle???? someone please help

Gio mini beast rear wheels not spinning true

I know a guy who got one and the rear axle was bent from the factory, could be the case with yours.
