Hi all! I'm a newbie and am in need of some advice. My husband and I recently bought an Xtreme machine 90 cc 4 wheeler for our daughter. We are having trouble getting it started. He has cleaned the carborater, changed the spark plug, and checked the gas line. On occasion it sounds like it is going to start but then quicly dies. Does anyone have any advice?

 

need to narrow it down, take plug out and with connected and make sure grounded hit starter switch and see if looks like good spark. I assume when starting trying the choke.
if seems like good spark then more likely fuel related, if not a good spark then electrical, then there tests with a meter one can do. Also comes to mind you said you just bought it, did you buy it running or heard it run? and since then can not get it to run? there is good fuel or new fuel in tank? Is this machine new? If not Id suggest checking the valves for proper clearance...If it is new will it not start even with the choke?
