i have a 110 panther that has new starter and spark plug turns over fine and gets great spark blue color but it does not start getting plenty of fuel becuse when i choke it it floods the plug totaly lost opn ideas is it the cdi box

 

Have you checked the compression? If you're getting spark and fuel, the only two things left are air and compression. Clean air filter or no air filter and still no start would indicate a problem with compression. Could be bad rings or timing but I'd lean toward timing.
