lt80 front clutch

Default lt80 front clutch

How do i fix the front key on a lt80 that has been ground away?

I guess the key was not aligned correctly when it was installed last

Welcome to the forums.
The key can be turned around if you think a end got messed up a lil.
You'll prolly need a new roller plate (has the notch in it for the key).

I did get a new roller plate but the problem is the key is ground smooth
does the starter gear come off to get the key out??

yes, the starter gear pulls right off

Sometimes the key is messed up a lil, you may have to hit it with a file to get the starter gear off.

Ok still trying to get the starter gear off tried filling. any other suggestions

Is there some kind of puller
