All,

I sold this LT a few months after posting this. I fell across this thread while researching for an LT I plan on getting soon.
I just wanted to share that al I basicallly did, was swap the pistons out, widen the exhaust port by about 5mm and raise it by about 2mm. I didn't do any head work.. The thing was quick. I couldn't compare it to a non ported LY but it pulled my 160lb *** up every mountain hill I came across as long as I had somewhat of a running start.

I would assume that with a shaved head and at least widening those mismatched transfer ports, it would have been reall quick, almost yamaha blaster quick.

I will have another LT soon and will probably be hopping this one up as well. I will stay in touch!
