I dont know why it wouldnt start. What im guessing is at first the compression was only 90. I then removed the head, reinstalled it and torqued it CORRECTLy. Compression then went to 120. It wouldnt start still but it could of just been way flooded. The next day it started right up. It ran GREAT. Then after it got warm, it started bogging out at full throttle. Thats when i noticed that i could see bubbling coming out the side of the headgasket. SO its losing all the compression when you dump in a ton of fuel at full throttle.. IM just wating on a C clip right now so i can pull the head, put a new gasket in, and retorque it MORE correctly this time. LOL. One of the head studs i can see is stickin up more then the rest.
I will keep you updated.

Ya, i can only see it bubbling when your reving it. at idle, theres no bubbles. Carb was gone over and its perfect. I will be gettin a new gasket/ c clip here in a few days and i might even have the head milled to check straightness on it. I know one of the studs wasnt in its home 100% because it stuck up higher then the other 3. I was in a rush trying to get to the sand.... i know.

Ok, got it all back together, took the intake blocker out, removed the muffler. It was kinda clogged. holy crap it brought it to life, BUT, i think its running lean, if i full throttle it, it will spit and sputter a bit, and if i turn the choke on as its full throttled it OPENS UP And just TAKES off. ahaha. So i think im not gettin enough fuel. Anyone know where i can get some bigger jets for this thing???

Try the jets, but if you didn't have any motor work done, why would it need a change?
I think you have a carb that went bad. This does happen.
Let's hope the jets help.
