Lt 80 uni airfilter idle fast
I have a 2002 LT 80 completely stock. I replaced the stock air filter with a UNI foam air filter. Now the idle is high and the ATV will not sit still on its own at idle. Is there an idle adjustment somewhere? Do I need to replace a jet? If so which one and what size would be recommended for a stock unit with a UNI air filter? Thanks for your help!

Welcome to the forums.
The idle adjustment is the screw on the side. It's the only screw so there can be no mistake.
I recommend a 90 main jet for all as they (LT/KFX80's) are jetted fat from the factory.
I don't feel that the air filter alone shold cause this. Sometimes the throttle cable gets yanked on and causes a high rpm. Also check the throttle cable adjustment on the top of the carb. too tight can cause high rpm.
