ya..13/26 fits perfect which means others don't LOL.
What your going to need is a chain roller.
Place the roller under or over the chain and pull it tight. Put the bolt thru and mark where it hits the matel plate. Drill and mount the roller.

Thanks LT80. I have already serviced the clutches and now have 4 rollers. I haven't done the 180gm mod as my daughters are both new to this so don't want to scare them too early!
I'll add the roller and perhaps go to a 13 tooth as another option. I can live with slower take off if I go 13 tooth.

I would most definetely put the tensioner on the bottom, because the tension is already in the top from the motor pulling, and it would put un-needed force on your tensioner and wear it out in a hurry, where as the bottom its not near as much force

i had to loosen the rear end on the lt 80 to be able to fit my number 40 chain with 13 -26 sprockets. when i tighten my diff bolts back up the chain tightens back up and and i was wondering how much loose you guys got ?
