Default dreaded lt80 petcock

i think i fell victim to the failing lt80 petcock, on one of my lt80's, the seals inside the petcock just fell apart, it's running perfect, but i'd prefer to take action before it lets my kid down.

the other valve, won't allow me to get fuel thru the petcock, i tried to drain the tank with it on "prime" and nothing came out, i put it on "On" and i had to suck on the vacuum line really hard to get minimal flow out of it.

so what i need to know is will this valve work for inline?

and what do you guys do with the diaphragm in the petcock? just rip everything out, diaphragm and all and cap off the vacuum port on the petcock?

It sounds like you need at least 1 new petcock and 1 tore apart and cleaned (which prolly means 2 new petcocks).
Banshee,LT250r,LT160, all those fit and are much cheaper.
