Drr 90 drx repair in dfw Texas area
I have moved to Texas and we have not used my sons quad for over two years and now I want to sell unfortunately I can not get it to start. I was wondering if anyone knew a mechanic in the area that can help me out?

Welcome to the forums. 
What exactly is it doing? Might have a few people here that can tell you what to check and repair and getting running much cheaper.

Nothing
It won't turn over at all, has fresh top in and plenty of spark however it won't turn. Also kick doesn't really return as you kick down. Quite frustrating and I just want to get it running so I can sell it with all our other atvs and dirt bikes collecting dust
