Hey guys I just did a carb job on my sons 05 raptor 80 since it say for 3 months and guess I for got to run carb dry this time. So I bought a carb kit, also cleaned carb and intake like new... Installed every thig back but now I have a little plastic gasket spacer left over... I stated quad ran real good so I'm wondering of its a restriction piece of what???? Thanks guys.... Looks like it goes in between rear of carb and the intake??? But why

 

I'm unsure if your carb set-up is the same but LT80's have that piece. It holds a rubber o-ring that insures a good seal.
